Human-centric approach as a solution to the gender gap

Rosatom’s Chief Human Resources Officer, Tatyana Terentyeva, spoke to Leaders League about what it is like to be a woman in a leadership position in a male-dominated industry. To her, what is most important is for companies to take a human-centric approach in order to enable everyone and anyone’s hidden talents to blossom. She attributes this approach as the reason why women at Rosatom hold almost 30% of all management positions, whereas that number only stands at 11% in the energy sector as a whole.
